The tissues expressing zsGreen include: brain, kidney, eye, heart, lung, liver, stomach, ovary/oviduct, vagina/uterus, aorta, and bone marrow. In the control group, zsGreen shows very minimal leaky expression in: kidney, eye, lung, liver, stomach, skin, ovary/oviduct, vagina/uterus, aorta, and bone marrow.
