血友病模型
血友病为一组遗传性凝血功能障碍的出血性疾病,其共同的特征是活性凝血活酶生成障碍,凝血时间延长,终身具有轻微创伤后出血倾向,重症患者没有明显外伤也可发生“自发性”出血。南模可提供F8与F9基因敲除小鼠模型。

实验方法
1、小鼠断尾实验(Tail-clip assays)
2、活化部分凝血酶原时间测定(APTT)
3、纤维蛋白原测定(FIB)
4、二聚体检测(D-Dimer)
流程简介
小鼠环境适应1周,按分组进行给药,给药15min后,进行凝血实验,每天实验20只小鼠。凝血实验结束后,小鼠恢复2周(此间HA小鼠可能会陆续死亡约30%),再次给药,15min后,摘眼球取全血,分离血浆,进行APTT、FIB,ELISA检测DD二聚体检测。
