I型糖尿病小鼠模型

STZ诱导造模

链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ),是目前使用最广泛的糖尿病动物模型化学诱导剂,属于氨基葡萄糖-亚硝基脲衍生物,其结构中的亚硝基脲是细胞毒 素,能破坏大小鼠的胰岛β细胞,使其产生I型糖尿病症状。

II型糖尿病小鼠模型

DIO诱导造模

通过长期喂饲高脂肪饲料,引起小鼠肥胖、空腹血糖上升并伴有体内脂肪堆积及胰岛素抵抗来模拟人类的II型糖尿病。

2. DIO小鼠的体重及GTT检测。A60%高脂饲料喂养后,小鼠体重相较对照组明显增加(n=297);B-CDIO小鼠出现明显的糖耐量异常(n=79)。
