NASH小鼠模型


非酒精性脂肪肝炎(nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, NASH)是由营养过剩引起的肝脂肪变性和慢性炎症导致的肝脏代谢性疾病,会逐步发展为肝纤维化、肝硬化甚至肝细胞癌。南模生物通过高脂高胆固醇高果糖饲料(GAN)喂养构建的NASH小鼠模型,可作为阐明非酒精性脂肪肝的病理生理机制以及新药的开发的动物模型。

案例1: Male C57BL/6(6w) + GAN diet D09100310 (Research Diets Inc., New Brunswick, NJ) , 40% fat + 25% fructose in calorie+2% cholesterol (g/g)

分组:

1、Normal Diet  n=6 

2、GAN diet  n=6

案例2:Male C57BL/6(6w) + 60% high fat diet D12492 (Research Diets Inc., New Brunswick, NJ)  Feeding for 10weeks + 10% CCl4

分组:

1、Normal Diet  n=5 

2、HFD+CCl4(0.5ml/kg, I.P., BIW)+Vehicle  n=5

3、HFD+CCl4+OCA (30mpk, P.O., QD)  n=5
